This post lists the steps you must take to get remote support. Some of this I can talk you through over the phone but your time, money and peace of mind will be saved by getting the ground ready for our connection. All of these steps are not required but some of them will incur a support fee.
In brief the steps are:
- Description of your problem and/or support goal (preferably written)
- Download and set up TeamViewer Quick Support
- Have a pen and paper or notebook ready
