How techlove Works

Street art stencil of boy in cap juggling five balls.

TechLove is designed for people who want technology to work reliably, safely, and without unnecessary friction.

Rather than pushing tools or predefined packages, the work starts with understanding how you actually use technology day to day — at home, in your business, or across devices and accounts. From there, the focus is on keeping things working, reducing risk, and making smarter choices as tools change.

In practice, this often includes:

• Ongoing help with devices, accounts, cloud services, and everyday tech issues

• Security and scam-prevention guidance to reduce exposure and stress

• Plain-English support for adopting modern tools — including AI — only where they add real value

• Practical assistance with small-business systems like email, websites, and digital workflows

• Research and second opinions when technology decisions feel confusing, rushed, or risky

Most work happens through ongoing relationships, not one-off fixes. That allows problems to be handled early, decisions to be made calmly, and systems to stay understandable instead of drifting into complexity.

If something isn’t a good fit, that’s said plainly — and alternatives are suggested. The goal is not dependency, but confidence and clarity.
